Albert - Albert is a 87 year old man, he has 3 grandchildren who have inspired him to restore his youth before inevitably ending up miserable before withering away. Albert had always been quite a lonely person before the fame so some of his funniest moments are from his adaptation to fame and celebrity status.
Walter - Walter is 89 and has been Alberts best friend from a young age. He had always seemed superior to Albert and has to adapt to now living in Albert's shadow as he becomes famous. However, he thinks he deserves more credit for telling Albert to pursue comedy despite saying it to him as a joke. Albert and Walter's friendship is tested throughout the show and this causes for some very funny situations.
Ben - Ben is a 16 year old school boy who is the grandson of the now famous comedian, Albert. Ben has to get used to being noticed at school after his grandpas video went viral. This is especially hard for him to do as he has never been too popular and isn't used to a lot of attention.
